Associated Building Restoration Ltd. was founded in 2017 to service the ever-growing building restoration sector for the construction industry.

As an integrated company, Associated Building Restoration offers services in all aspects of building restoration, General Contracting, Project Management and Building Maintenance. Our specialty is the rehabilitation of buildings with emphasis on parking structures and building envelopes.

Fabio Tedesco founded Associated Building Restoration to offer Engineers, Architects, Property Managers, Building Owners, Condo Corporations and Government Agencies efficient and effective restoration and construction solutions that exceed industry standards and are delivered with exceptional service.

Fabio Tedesco has over 30 years of experience in the building rehabilitation sector. A graduate of Ryerson University Engineering and a member of the Ontario Professional Engineers, he has planned, directed, and executed a variety of restoration projects across many industries.
